Ordered this item from Germany because it was not available anymore in any other stores. It was the first time I ordered directly from China - did not regret it!
It took about 3-4 weeks but it finally arrived :-)
The build qualtity is really perfect, it suits very very well and makes the Olympus EM1 even more comfortable to my hands, especially for longer shootings.
The price is unbeatable here.
One remark: The MENGS logo, which is not shown on the photo here, is printed on the front of the item...I wouldn't need it but it is not too noticeable, its ok.

This L-plate was excellent quality and maybe even more thoughtfully designed than the 5 times more expensive Really Right Stuff plate, since it allows full access to the ports on the camera. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a mark for the center of the lens axis and sensor plane, like most L-plate. That would have been helpful for mounting the plate on a panohead, where it needs to be centered.
